ABOUT THE CAMP:
Our Junior Elite camp is designed to develop youth players who are eager to enhance their fundamental skills and expand their knowledge of the game. Our teaching concept concentrates on improving individual skills through daily technical sessions, as well as increase each player’s tactical awareness through small sided and full field games. |
STAFF:
The Junior Elite soccer camp for girls is an excellent learning environment for young aspiring soccer players. Clemson Camp of Champions features many of the finest teachers and players in the sport of soccer. In addition to the Clemson Women’s Soccer coaching staff, the Junior Elite staff is comprised of many knowledgeable teachers of the game from a variety of colleges across the country. Members of the current CLEMSON WOMEN’S SOCCER team will be present at camp sessions throughout the week and work closely with all the campers. Clemson Camp of Champions takes great pride in our coaching staff, bringing together both teachers and players of the game who share a common passion and love for soccer.
MEDICAL:
Certified athletic trainers will be present at our fields throughout the duration of camp to care for injuries and other health issues. They may treat minor injuries and illnesses, but will refer the camper to a doctor/emergency room should they feel it necessary. Trainers will also be staying in the dorms and are available to campers at all times. All campers must have proof of personal medical insurance to participate.
HOUSING AND MEALS:
Campers will reside in the same residence halls used by Clemson University students. Stadium Suites Calhoun Courts comprise of two bedroom suites which house four campers who share a bathroom, kitchen and common living area. The suites are air-conditioned.
